Dear Che,
So far it looks like you have learned some lessons during this journey. As you go further and further in the journey, you are realizing that everything isn't a fun experience and when travelling somewhere different, that is not your home; it only takes but so long to realize what it is like for the people that live there. The old woman who is sick, is only one example of many people out there in Chile who don't get the medical attention and care that they deserve. As a bystander, for you to help the people in need is a good deed, and hopefully won't go unrewarded.
